All orders are processed and posted within 3 to 5 working days if item is in stock.
All delivery charges Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the buyer’s inputted delivery address. These delivery charges might change from time to time.
All International Deliveries are registered & tracked. It is highly recommended that buyers insure the order by adding this option to the cart at checkout. Insurance payments apply as follows:
In the case of delays in International orders, Signature Slabs will inquire with Maltapost the whereabouts of the order and will give feedback to the buyer. In case of loss/damage, a complaint form will be processed with Maltapost and the buyer will also fill a claim form with his/her post office for both the value of the order and the postage fees paid by the buyer. If the client does NOT open up a claim with their local post office, Signature Slabs cannot follow up with their third party, Maltapost and the replacement cannot be sent.
Signature is required upon delivery. A signature upon delivery shall constitute conclusive evidence that the buyer has received the goods.
We also offer a local pick-up option.
If products are alleged to be damaged or defective on delivery, a description of the alleged damage or defect must be given in writing at the time of delivery and signed by or on behalf of the client. The buyer is to check the goods in the order upon delivery BEFORE signing for them before the courier leaves. Signature Slabs or the Courier Partner cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing goods reported after the Courier departs. Orders are to be checked upon delivery.
In the case where the Cart is not insured by the Buyer, Signature Slabs will replace the full order at their own discretion on a case by case basis.
Signature Slabs cannot be held liable for failure to fulfil any one of its commitments to a buyer, if such failure is due to a case of force majeure such as, but not limited to, war, strike (in-house or at one of its service providers), lock-out, accident, fire, ice, flood, bad weather, interruption or suspension of means of communication and/or transport, blockade, blockage of exports, prohibited import or export, cessation of production or delivery, regulatory decision of an administrative supervisory body, etc.
We gladly accept cancellations requested within 2 hours of purchase.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you to receive the product have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you do not love your items, you may exchange them with another product within 15 days from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging unused, with tags and in the same condition as they are received. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact info@signatureslabs.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
The above does not apply to personalised products, these cannot be returned or exchanged.
We shall reimburse to you all payments received from you excluding the delivery charges. These are not refundable.
It is recommended that the buyer contacts Signature Slabs Ltd within 24 hours of receipt of goods on info@signatureslabs.com in order to resolve any issues that may have risen.

These terms and conditions, in addition to any contract entered into pursuant to these terms and conditions, are subject to Maltese law. The Courts of Malta shall have sole jurisdiction for any dispute relating to the Sale and/or the application of these terms and conditions.
